- Canada-Alberta Job Grant
- The Canada-Alberta Job Grant is a training program where an employer applies on behalf of their present or future employees for eligible training costs. Eligible employers are required to contribute a minimum of one-third of the total training costs for existing employees. Government contributes two-thirds of the cost to a maximum of $10,000 per trainee per fiscal year. If hiring and training an unemployed Albertan, up to 100% of training costs could be covered, up to $15,000 per trainee.

- Selections Career Support Services is a community-based, non-profit organization dedicated to individuals with disabilities and other barriers by assisting them in finding and maintaining opportunities for employment and volunteering. After four decades of serving individuals in the Edmonton area, the heart of Selections’ vision is the conviction that every individual possesses an abundance to offer their community. Selections strives to provide holistic services designed to support individuals to live fulfilling, enriched, and inclusive lives.
- Lifemark Empower Program
- Lifemark has designed an innovative and holistic program, Empower, aimed at improving the lives of single mothers in Edmonton through connection to employment and education opportunities. Lifemark is able to offer this program to eligible single mothers at no cost. Lifemark will work with you to make a customized service plan to help you meet your goals.
- Goodwill - Beyond Jobs Program
- Supporting women with barriers to find sustainable employment, or advance current employment. The Beyond Jobs team will complete a full life assessment to understand all the supports required to create success for the entire family.

- Holly McEwan, Employment Lawyer with Nugent Law Office
- Holly joined Nugent Law Office in 2019 as an articling student and continued with the firm as a lawyer after she was called to the Alberta bar in 2020. Holly has since appeared before all levels of court in Alberta as well as the Alberta Labour Relations Board and various labour arbitrators. Holly practices employment law and labour law and has a particular interest in Charter litigation.
