At Bea Riveter Consulting, we blend the structure of Human Resources with the heart of learning and development. Our work is rooted in the belief that everyone has the potential to grow—and that meaningful change starts with the right tools, support, and mindset.
We specialize in creating engaging, accessible training and coaching experiences designed to help people become better leaders, partners, and individuals. Whether you're looking to level up your communication, strengthen your leadership presence, or navigate workplace challenges more effectively, we’re here to guide the way.
Our services were born from real conversations with clients, supervisors, and frontline managers who felt bogged down by administrative HR tasks—tasks that pulled them away from the work they’re passionate about. That’s why we’ve expanded our offerings to help fill that gap and create more space for people to thrive in their roles.
What We Offer:
All of our programs are designed to be fun, empowering, and neurodiversity-friendly. We embed coaching principles into every course to ensure you not only learn new skills—but know how to apply them in real life.
Whether you're an individual seeking growth, a team striving for better collaboration, or a leader looking to build culture with intention, we’re here to help you rethink what's possible.
We strongly believe that if we know better, we can be better.

Brittany Olinek
|
Brittany Olinek (she/her/they) is a Human Resources Professional with a passion for Learning and Development. She is our main facilitator and the founder of Bea Riveter Consulting.
Brittany has an ability to make even the most complex and dry subjects approachable and entertaining. She uses personal stories and demonstrates vulnerability in a way that allows everyone to relate and reflect. Participants often find themselves laughing, engaging, and eager to learn more. She is extremely passionate about inclusion and accessibility. Brittany takes the time to listen, to empathize, and to connect with others on a personal level. Learning can be daunting, and Brittany tries to create a space where anyone from all levels of understanding, education, etc. feel comfortable to participate. She demonstrates a level of vulnerability through storytelling that allows people to see that perfection doesn't exist, and allows for people to make mistakes and learn from them without judgement. Participants in Brittany's courses/sessions aren't just taught; they're inspired, supported, and, most importantly, they're seen for who they are. This is what she strives for. Virtual Training Benefits
- Flexibility: You can take our online courses anywhere, whether it's your favourite coffee shop, your kitchen table, or even in the comfort of your office. The convenience greatly enhances the learning experience. We want you to be as comfortable as possible!
- Easy accessibility: Unlike training in physical settings, our online courses are accessible to all those with an internet connection. We do not force participation or cameras on in our sessions as we strive to create a space that is comfortable for people to learn how they feel most comfortable.
- Minimum operational costs: With our online courses, this takes away the cost of space rentals, travel, and snacks/lunches. We also provide participants with digital workbooks and supportive materials.
- Information retention: Our slideshows have great visuals for participants to retain the information as we try to capture a variety of ways to present the information. This results in greater retention and enhanced knowledge for all learning types. Our full day courses come with a reference guide for folks to refer back to when needed.
